It’s time for massage!

Fall is here, bringing with it the biting brisk weather, colorful changing leaves and the primal instinct to prep for hibernation. Warming soups, ginger tea and hot stone massage are all the rage during this season of transition. Whether it be the mountains beckoning you to play, the gym calling your name to keep fit, or the couch looking cozy for a movie night,  our bodies continue to feel the stresses of our everyday lifestyles.


I invite you to sip hot tea as we chat to your hearts content and melt deeper  into relaxation with the addition of  hot stones.
